Emalkay needs to postpone the show due to USA commitments. I am furious about this but there is nothing we can do. The agency handling the us bookings have just moved the tour and… bla bla…

Cam asa suna mesajul primit de organizatori [Arenadnb.ro] de la agentia de booking, incercand sa iasa cat de cat basma curata dupa anularea evenimentului.

DAR… pentru ca exista un dar… cam asa suna raspunsul ArenaDnb la ceea ce pentru alti organizatori ar fi fost un dezastru atat din punct de vedere al line-up-ului cat si al unei eventuale „mobilizari” pentru o alternativa la planul initial:

Stiti ca orice s-ar intampla noi nu lasam nimic sa ne opreasca, mai ales dupa un an ca 2010 in care s-au intamplat toate minunile pamantului, dar am iesit cu bine toti din orice situatie. – ArenaDnb.ro

Emalkay ramane de vazut la primavara dar deocamdata…
planul intial vine cu o rasturnare de situatie chiar placuta:
Asa ca… In loc de un headliner, vom avea 2: BENNY PAGE & TROLLEY SNATCHA!

Rusko – Woo Boost

Christopher Mercer, aka Rusko was born January 26th, 1985 in Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. Heavily influenced by a musically affluent family, Rusko graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Musical Performance. Immersed in the world of Dubstep by self noted acts Sub Dub and Digital Mystikz, Rusko moved to London to work with the record label Sub Soldiers, and connect with now associated act Caspa.

Rusko made his production debut in 2006 on Dub Police with the song SNES Dub. By 2007 he released Babylon, Vol. 1 with Sub Soldiers. Steering away from the darker side of Dubstep, Rusko brought an upbeat sound to the scene that appealed to many outside the community. Rusko’s extremely successful hit Cockney Thug has appeared on various DJ sets and mixes including Pete Tong, Switch, Diplo and Santogold. His music has been remixed by Mad Decent artists Buraka Som Sistema, Diplo, as well as Drop the Lime, Scratch Perverts, Sub Focus and fellow act Caspa.

Chase & Status – Let You Go Ft. Mali

Chase and Status are an electronic production duo from London consisting of Saul Milton and Will Kennard.

They released a successful remix of Dancehall artist Capleton’s track „Who Dem” entitled „Duppy Man” in the UK in October 2005.

They have had previous success with their 12″ releases „Iron Fist”/”Zulu King”, „Love’s Theme”/”Wise Up (Remix)”, „Dumpling Riddim”/”Disco” and their 2006 release The Druids EP, of which the ‘C’ track „Come Back” had extensive Radio 1 airplay. The track featured vocals from the rapper Top Cat. A track entitled „Brazil” has been released on Ram Records as part of the Dimensions EP Part 3.

They have also created a remix version of „Invaders Must Die” for The Prodigy. The remix reached 53 in the Australian Aria Singles Chart and 7 in the Aria Dance Chart.

Alex Metric (born Alex Drury) is a Britsh musician, DJ and producer.
He is a resident DJ on BBC Radio 1‘s ‘In New DJs We Trust‘and has released numerous EPs as well as working a a producer for acts such as The Infadels, Charli Xcx and Adam Freeland.

Alex Metric came to prominence in 2008 after being voted ‘Best Remixer of the Year’ by London radio station XFM.

In 2009, Metric joined Radio 1’s ‘In New DJs We Trust’ with his first show on June 12th 2009. In January 2010 Clash Music magazine ranked him at number two in their list of the best DJs of 2010, second only to Brodinski.

Alex Metric is a regular at various European music festivals including Glastonbury, Exit and V Festival.
He has remixed artists such as Bloc Party, Phoenix, Alphabeat, Ladyhawke and La Roux.

His style involves combining a range of musical genres, including Eighties synth-pop, filter disco, big beat and indie. More recently Alex Metric has been finishing his debut album and has been gigging his new live show with himself as lead-vocalist.
